Place your neck wrap in the microwave for 45 seconds and then in 15-second intervals until you reach the desired temperature. 

For Cold Therapy - 

Place your neck wrap in a ziplock bag in the freezer for at least one hour or buy an extra to store in the freezer for when it is needed!
