Calming Crystal Set

We put together some of our favorite crystals for calming, relaxation, and sleep. You will receive 7 stones for your set as well as a wooden box to hold them in and each set also comes with a 3.9-inch Selenite bowl for cleansing and recharging. Stones are approximately 1-3 inches in size and are all uniquely different. What you receive will not be exactly what is pictured. Even if you don't believe in the power of crystals these are really beautiful and you are going to feel good just by having them around. These healing crystals are not tumbled and are in their natural raw/rough state. 

Crystals are cleansed and charged before shipping out, either under a full moon or in our selenite bowl. 

Amythest - brings soft energy and is known for its calming and stress relief, amethyst is very popular for people struggling with anxious or addictive thoughts. Amythest is also a "protective" stone for your emotional and spiritual well-being. 

Rose Quartz - rose quartz has a calming and reassuring energy and is a wonderful stone to use in times of grief. Rose Quartz is also known for opening the heart to self-love, friendship, and family.

Green Aventurine - used for the heart chakra, green aventurine is known for promoting mental clarity, creativity, and soothing professional performance anxiety. This is a great choice if you find yourself struggling and having anxiety in your work performance. Green aventurine is known as the "Stone of Opportunity" and is considered the luckiest stone. 

Smoky Quartz -  used for the root chakra and is a grounding stone. Smoky Quartz is known for helping you let go of old emotional baggage and bad feelings and pushing you toward a new beginning. If you are looking for a sense of stability and moving past old hurts and starting a new more positive beginning then this stone may be for you. 

Blue Calcite - is a great stone to use if you are going through an emotional time, blue calcite is good to use for calm emotions and mental protection. When worn on the body blue calcite filters and absorbs the negative energy coming at you. 

Sodalite - used for the throat chakra and the third eye chakra. Used for emotional balance and clarity, take this stone with you to have any important talks, it is said to enhance your ability to speak the truth and express yourself. It also reduces anxiety and helps you be objective and have rational thoughts. 

Black Tourmaline - a grounding stone, it shields against radiation and environmental pollutants. This crystal is great to use as protection against the energy in computers, cell phones, tablets, etc. You can also use black tourmaline to protect you from the energy of others, so if you may be an empath or find yourself feeling drained by being around someone that is always negative then wear this to protect your energy from the energy of those emotional vampires. 

Selenite Bowl - This selenite bowl is made in Morocco, here is what you should know.

Selenite is very soft and should never be washed or come in contact with water. Simply wipe your selenite bowl with a dry cloth if needed, you can also bathe your selenite in sound, sunlight, or moonlight to recharge it as needed and because selenite has such high cleansing properties this is one of the few crystals that does not need to be cleansed when it arrives to you. However, it is a wonderful way to cleanse and charge your other crystals as needed. Just leave them in the selenite bowl 24 hours for optimal results.

Also, it is good to note that because this is real selenite you will see imperfections in your bowl. Each one is uniquely different, you may see small black spots, veins, or a clay tint on part of your bowl. The selenite is very soft and easily scratched or broken so be careful with your bowl
